Who is behind the book?
Hi, I’m Sema martin, an entirely self-taught artist and now author! In 2016, I made the leap from NASA engineer to fine art artist and now I have a studio in the French Riviera and a thriving International Pet Portrait Business.
My book is a step by step guide to help artists turn their art into a full-time career. Containing expert advice on everything from writing a business plan to how to price your artwork and raise your profile as an artist.
My book accompanies a movement following the hashtag #artismycareer giving a platform to a new generation of artists and building a community of like-minded art entrepreneurs.
